Jase and I don't believe in diets. In my opinion, most aren't even healthy or sustainable. What I do believe in is a healthy lifestyle, but without being hungry or eating rabbit food. Now, this does not mean a quick fix OR overnight results. This is changing daily habits little by little. These little steps add up to feeling great mentally and physically. This is what we will show you how to do. What you will learn in this group:

I so far have really enjoyed the modest fitness page. I joined and to be honest haven’t stuck to meal plan BUT does encourage me to drink my water do squats and at least pay attention to what I am eating ! The meal plan hasn’t been a hit for me BUT I also cook for three kids and I don’t really like to eat meat or chicken so that’s my own issue. I really enjoy seeing her husband on there he feels very relatable and like he feels my pain !! I love love Brig BUT it feels like she has self control ( this was ment as a compliment but it is not coming out right)! Try it you will love it !

I thought there would be more interaction. But so far it’s a post every other week and 3day meal plan for week and a daily stories check in on water and exercise.

Love the weekly meal plans. I never have to wonder what’s for dinner - or any meal or snack of the day because healthy options are laid out. It makes grocery shopping a breeze and I’ve lost 4 lbs already! :)

I’m still working on it. I have been getting great ideas for snacks and meals. Not use to eating the same thing everyday but I’m sure it will help me.
