Responsibilities of the job include: 

• E-commerce (Shopify)
• Processing orders, returns and customer service emails
• Operating mechanical and IT systems (including forklift) 
• Working with customers and all other departments
• Training, supervising, hiring and firing and appraising staff
• Must be a hard worker and extremely organized
• Must be able to lift boxes at least 40lbs, order fulfullment
• Maintaining a clean and positive work environment 
• Must lead by example and work alongside those you supervise 
• All other items will be discussed in subsequent interview
