I so far have really enjoyed the modest fitness page. I joined and to be honest haven’t stuck to meal plan BUT does encourage me to drink my water do squats and at least pay attention to what I am eating ! The meal plan hasn’t been a hit for me BUT I also cook for three kids and I don’t really like to eat meat or chicken so that’s my own issue. I really enjoy seeing her husband on there he feels very relatable and like he feels my pain !! I love love Brig BUT it feels like she has self control ( this was ment as a compliment but it is not coming out right)! Try it you will love it !
