How I Drink More Water

Brigitte Brianna

Ladies, I know that drinking a healthy amount of water can be hard, especially when we have so many other yummy choices. We all have our favorite beverages, but water is so important! I can promise you, from personal experience, that you will feel like a million bucks if you can get in at least 64 oz of water a day (or half of your body weight in water each day).  I know that sounds like SO much water but it is very beneficial to your health, and also to your skin. You can spend a lot of money on all of the newest and high end skin care items, but it’s not going to help you very much if you aren’t drinking enough water. I get asked quite often about my skin care secrets and I’m here to spill the beans. Honestly, my answer is to drink lots and lots of water! I’m going to tell you what I do and what works for me, and I hope you can adapt it to what works for you personally.

Every morning I start with 2 large Smart Water Bottles, 33.5 ounces each. You can use whatever water bottles work for you. I label them #1 and #2, and my daily goal is to get through #1 before lunch, and then start on bottle #2.

For some extra motivation and guidance, sometimes I even draw lines on my bottle per 8 oz, and label time slots to break it down even more. This has really helped me to be able to stay on track.

Now, this only works if you make sure to carry your water everywhere you go! In the car, to the store, to work, around the house. If the bottle is out of sight, it is easy to forget your goals and then slowly get behind on your intake. Wherever you go, your bottle goes too!

I want to challenge each of you to drink 64 oz of water every day this week and see how you feel. I can’t wait to hear how it goes! Girl, you deserve to look and feel amazing and I want to share because this has helped me so much! Get drinking that water!
