• All Sale items, Bestie Jewelry Club Boxes, and My Favorite Things Boxes are final sale.
You will LOVE our new return portal as you can process your exchange or return for store credit INSTANTLY! Whether your purchase was made through our amazing FREE APP or the website, you can use our online portal to make your return. If you ordered on the app, make sure to use the six-digit order number from your shipping notification email! Just follow the prompts and you’ll be issued your FREE return label once you’ve completed the process.
Important Note: Please use the original packaging as our labels are weight sensitive and your return may not be delivered back to our warehouse if using alternative packaging. If you have multiple orders to return please send them separately with their corresponding labels.

When you choose to return, the moment you drop your package in the mail and the post office scans it in you'll receive your store credit. WHAT?! Yes, it's that easy and will process automatically! Your store credit code will be issued via email, and if you would like it transferred to the app please just ask our Chat Team to transfer it there if that is your preferred way shop. (Make sure to check your junk mail for your credit code; it's possible some filters have it end up there!)
If you just need a different size or would like to purchase something new right away, you absolutely can from the return portal. Your exchange order will dispatch as soon as you drop your returning package in the mail and is marked in transit at the post office.
