CANCELING ORDERS
Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please double-check your cart, sizes, and shipping information before completing checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
So your new purchase didn’t work out — no worries! We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Here’s everything you need to know:
RETURN OPTIONS
- Store credit is available on all eligible returns.
- Refunds are available if your return request is submitted within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.
- Returns initiated after 72 hours from delivery will receive store credit.
- Refunds are processed once your returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In new condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- Free of smoke, pet hair, dander, odors, or damage
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of the order date
Additional Important Information:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All return labels are weight-sensitive and specific to each order. To ensure your items are tracked and processed corrected we do require separate orders to be shipped back separately using their respective return labels.
Items sent back without first starting a return through our return portal may be denied and/or automatically issued store credit at our discretion.
SexyModest is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed in transit.
Items that do not meet these standards may be denied.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
For sanitary and clearance reasons, the following items are final sale:
- My Favorite Things Box subscriptions
- Cosmetics
- Jewelry
- Warehouse sale items
These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
EXCESSIVE RETURNS
To protect our small business, accounts or orders with unusually high return activity may be reviewed prior to approval. In certain cases, store credit may be issued instead of a refund. SexyModest reserves the right to limit or refuse returns at our discretion in cases of suspected policy abuse.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or style? We’ve made exchanges easy.
With our Exchange option, you can shop for your new item right away.
Here’s how it works:
- Start your return in our online portal.
- Select the “Shop Now” option.
- Choose your new item and complete checkout.
- Send your original item back to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be finalized.
You can opt for an Instant Exchange. This option helps you secure your size before it sells out and keeps your shopping experience smooth and stress-free.
When selecting an Instant Exchange, a temporary authorization hold for the full item amount will be placed on your original payment method. This is not a charge. Once we receive your return within the return window, the hold will be released. If the return is not received within the return window, the authorization will be processed as a charge.
If you prefer to wait, you may also choose store credit once your return is processed and shop later.
HOW TO START A RETURN
If your order was placed through our website, you can start your return using our online portal.

After we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
- Store credit is issued via email as a digital gift card.
- Refunds (if within the 72-hour window) are processed after inspection and approval.
