Shipping Policies

Thank you for shopping with us at SexyModest! We always strive to process your order quickly, accurately, and efficiently. We do our best to ship most orders within 2-3 business days, and our warehouse is open Monday - Friday.

 

SHIPPING METHODS AND OPTIONS


We ship our orders through DHL/USPS. All orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the contiguous 48 states, and orders less than $75 have a flat rate of $7.95 for priority shipping. Priority shipping typically takes 2-4 days to ship. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is a flat rate of $12.95, and also usually takes 2-5 days to ship. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates unless extra shipping service is paid for to ensure you get your pink mail by a specific deadline.

We do offer expedited shipping options that are available shipping with FedEx. Additional payment is collected after ordering for FedEx service. Orders must be placed before 12 noon MST in order to reach you in time. If orders are placed after 12 noon MST, the order may miss the shipping window. We respond to emails Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM MST. Any emails sent Friday after 5 PM MST through Sunday will be answered first thing Monday morning. Our LIVE Chat Team is available Monday - Saturday from 8AM - 10PM MST.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

We currently ship to Canada and Australia, however, we are working on finding new shipping options in other countries. Our international shipping has a flat rate of $24.95, and typically takes 10-14 days to reach you.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

 

SexyModest is not responsible for lost, held, damaged, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping information given at checkout. Please be sure to give us a secured address for delivery.

 

If a package is returned to our facilities we will attempt to contact you for updated shipping information, and will hold the package for five business days before refunding and restocking the contents. An updated address is required to ship the package again. Shipping fees may be associated with resending packages.

 

If your package is lost or stolen, you may file a claim with USPS for the amount of your order. You can send us your claim information so we can help you get a replacement order sent ASAP!
