Where are your clothes manufactured?

 

Our Brigitte Brianna collection items are assembled in our own manufacturing building in Los Angeles - Made in the USA!

 

Are your cosmetics and skincare products environmentally friendly?

 

Absolutely! All our skincare products are made with organic materials with sustainable and recyclable packaging. Our cosmetics are gluten, paraben, and cruelty-free as well as non-comedogenic and hypoallergenic. Check out each item description for a complete list of ingredients!

 

How long does shipping usually take? 

 

Within Utah, orders typically take 1-2 days to reach you once shipped. Orders outside of Utah usually take 2-5 days after processing by our fulfillment team. Hawaii and Alaska typically takes 5-7 days, and international shipping to Canada and Australia can be 7-14 days. Our team does their best to get orders out as quickly as possible and typically within 3 business days.

 

Do you have brick and mortar stores where I could try on clothes before I buy them?

 

We are solely available online, but we have our size guide and measurements listed on our items. Our Chat Team members are experts at helping you get the right size and know our products front and back! They can help size you and answer any other questions about fit, fabrics, etc. and our products have their OWN measurements in the product descriptions.

 

Do you offer same-day order pick up? 

 

Yes, we do! Message our Chat Team and they can hook you up to grab your order from our warehouse the same day! 

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

 

Yes! We totally understand needing something in a pinch! Message our Chat Team and they can get you pricing for your timeframe and location. 

 

Do you have more inclusive sizing?

 

Although we do our best to have extended sizing for all pieces, we currently carry mostly Small to Large and some XLarge. You can use the search bar and type in your size to find what’s available or contact the Chat Team for quicker, more specific help.

 

Can I be refunded for my return instead of store credit? 

 

We offer store credit that NEVER expires on all of our returns. Our Chat Team is available to help you find the perfect size or other items to use your store credit on! 

 

Can I put multiple items from different orders in the same package when I ship a return? 

 

All of our return labels are weight sensitive based on each order. To ensure your items are tracked and processed correctly, we do require separate orders to be shipped back to us with their separate, respective labels.

 

Why don’t all ITY items have the perfect color match?

 

Our items can come from different dye lots when we cut the fabrics, so there’s possible differentiation on colors other than black. Although we unfortunately can’t guarantee an exact match, we try our best to get the closest one! 

 

Do you have any maternity/nursing friendly items? 

 

Absolutely! Our Chat Team knows all our products front to back and are more than happy to help find you the perfect items to be stylish AND comfortable.

 

My package was lost/stolen, what do I do?

 

We’re so sorry to hear that! We suggest contacting USPS and file a lost/stolen claim. But make sure to reach out to our Chat Team so we can verify your address and expedite the process to get you a new package as soon as possible! 

 

Why doesn’t my store credit automatically go to my app after completing a return? 

Our return system allows you to review your credit as soon as you ship the item back! No more waiting for it to be processed! But that does mean we have to issue a gift card first and then transfer to your app. Our Chat Team can get your credit transferred from a gift card to our app within minutes of receiving your information! 

How do I return an item?

How do I use a promotional code?

Once you've reached the checkout stage, enter your promotional code into our gift card/discount code box, and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied.
*Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order. We are unable to price match past promotions.

Order confirmation

Anytime you place an order you will receive 2 emails. The first will be a confirmation email containing your order number. The second email contains your tracking number and is sent once your item has been marked as shipped. Please note that it can take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to be activated. 

How come everything I want is out of stock?

At SexyModest, we have the most amazing customers. Sometimes we are not prepared for the amount of admiration our customers have towards our clothing, and things sell out ridiculously fast. We are still working out the kinks as far as quantity goes and it can be extremely hard to project how much inventory we need, especially when we have everything made in the US and not overseas. Great things take time. We appreciate everyone's patience and will continue to try and grow gracefully with our customers!

How will I know when an item is restocked?

If you choose an item and color that is sold out, there should be a ‘notify me’ button right next to the
‘sold out’ icon. Click the ‘notify me’ button to enter your email, and then you will be notified via email when we restock the item and color of your choice.
