Green Smoothie

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I love to post my morning Green Drink. They are a MUST around here because they really do help me feel great.  My drink gives me the energy I need to run a business, chase my dreams, and chase my kids. We have a yummy kid friendly recipe, and my kids drink one every single day. I wanted to share our recipe with you so that you can love your green drink as much as I love mine.  Give it a try. I promise you’ll feel a difference:)

Green Smoothie


Throw all of this into your blender (BUY HERE):

  • 6 oz almond milk ( You can use sweetened or unsweetened. I prefer unsweetened)
  • 1 BIG handful of spinach or power greens rinsed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder - This is my favorite it’s 100% whey protein
  • 1 tsp peanut butter or nut butter (I prefer peanut butter)
  • 1 Tbsp Chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp honey (Optional if you want it sweeter. My kids prefer the honey.)
  • Small scoop of ice 

Whey Protein

Blend and enjoy! 

I’ve been asked about the cups that I use for my kids green drinks. They are only 9 oz. and disposable. They can run off to school with them and toss them in the garbage without me having to worry whether the cups will make it back home. If they are home, I wash them and reuse them.
