It typically takes 5-7 days to process your return. Your store credit code will be issued via email or please just ask to have it available in the APP if that is your preferred way shop. (Make sure to check your junk mail for your credit code it's possible some filters have it end up there!)
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
YES! The way that we handle exchanges, is a return and re-buy method. Once we receive your return, we will email your credit code and you can order the item you want in exchange. If you do not want to wait for your store credit code before purchasing, you can order the item ASAP. Then when you receive your credit code, you can use it on something else equally fabulous. Because we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock when you are ready to ‘exchange’, this is the way we have found to be the most effective.
