We want you to LOVE what you ordered, and sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you need to make a return, go through our easy online return portal to complete the return process. We will email you a return label for you to print off and send the return to us at no cost to you. Once we receive the return, it takes us 1-2 business days to process your return. We will email you a store credit code to use on whatever you wish. (Make sure to check your junk mail for your credit code, our emails like to end up there!)
*Returns must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and within 30 days of the order date. If your item does not meet these qualifications, your return may be denied.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
The way that we handle exchanges, is a return and rebuy method. Once we receive your return, we will email you your credit code and you can hop online and order the item you want in exchange. If you do not want to wait for your store credit code before purchasing, you can hop on and order the item ASAP. Then when you receive your credit code, you can use it on something else equally fabulous. Because we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock when you are ready to ‘exchange’, this is the way we have found to be the most effective.
Please allow 2-5 days for your return to arrive at our warehouse, and 1-2 days for processing.
