CANCELING ORDERS
Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

So your new purchase didn’t work out. No problem, it happens! There are a few things you should know: 
 
  • Store credit is issued on all returns.
  • Refunds are now available if your return is initiated within 3 days (72 hours) of your order delivery date. Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Returns must be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, free of smoke, odors, and within 30 days of the order date. If your item does not meet these qualifications, your return may be denied.
  • For sanitary reasons My Favorite Things Box subscriptions, Cosmetics, and Jewelry are all final sale. 
  • Warehouse sale items are final sale.
  • Customers with a return rate greater than 25% will be flagged for manual review and subject to review prior to return approval. SexyModest reserves the right to deny any refund and distribute store credit only on suspicion of policy abuse.
 
If your order was placed through the website you can use our online portal to make your return.

Once you have completed your return through the portal and sent off your item(s), you’ll receive an email with store credit if you chose to return. If you chose a refund and your return meets the 3-day requirement, your refund will be processed once the item is received and inspected. If you chose to exchange, you will receive an email sharing the status of your replacement item(s). If it has been more than 48 hours, shoot us an email at orders@sexymodest.com and we can assist further. Be sure to check your junk mail just in case!
 
EXCHANGES
 
We want you to purchase with confidence! In our effort to improve and make your shopping experience with SMB easy and stress-free, We now have a hassle-free exchange-til-you-love-it policy. 
 
We handle exchanges through a return and re-buy method. Once we receive your return, we will send you your store credit code via email and you can use it to order the item you want in exchange. If you do not want to wait for your store credit code before purchasing, you can order the item ASAP. Then when you receive your credit code, you can use it on something else equally fabulous. Because we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock when you are ready to ‘exchange’, this is the way we have found to be the most effective.
 
Please allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return.
