Set in one of my favorite places in all the world. Our Cabin. (Located about 1 hour from Salt Lake City, UT). Get ready to spend a few days with me that will do wonders for your soul. We'll LIVE SLOW while we reconnect with our body and mind in a beautiful mountain setting. This will be extremely intimate. There are only 6 spots available.

We will spend time learning, relaxing, moving our bodies, eating YUMMY food, hot tubbing, sitting around the fire, talking, baking, laughing and connecting. I've prepared your welcome bags already and I can't wait to see you open them! This experience is absolutely dreamy and I am so excited to share my happy place with you.
